高效液相色谱法测定病毒清口服液中
绿原酸的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立病毒清口服液中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 色谱柱：Lichrospher C18（4.6*200mm，5um），流动相：甲醇：0.2mol/L磷酸二氢钠（用磷酸调节PH至3.2）（25：75），流速0.8ml/min，检测波长327nm。结果 绿原酸在7.5---37.5ug范围内呈现良好的线性关系，r=0.9996，平均回收率为97.64％，RSD=1.2％。结论 本方法简便、快速、准确，分离效果好。

Determination of chlorogenic acid in Bingduqing mixture by HPLC

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a simple sensitive HPLC method for determining chlorogenic acid in Bingduqing mixture. Methods Chlorogenic acid was separated on Lichrospher C18 column（4.6*200mm，5um）with a mobile phase of methanol:0.2mol/L sodium dihy-drogen phosphate (regulate acidity to 3.2 use phosphoric acid) (25:75) and detected at 327nm with a flow rate of 0.8ml/min. Results The linear anger was 7.5--37.5ug, r=0.9996. The average recovery was 98.19％，RSD=1.3％。 Conclusions The method is simple ,rapid and reliable ,good separating degree.
