摘要：    目的:观察肤康涂膜剂对豚鼠皮肤石膏样毛癣菌感染的疗效。方法：制备豚鼠皮肤石膏样毛癣菌感染模型，用肤康涂膜剂对感染模型进行实验性治疗，并与联苯苄唑乳膏进行比较。结果：肤康涂膜剂具有抗石膏样毛癣菌感染作用，用药1周后就产生明显效果，随着治疗时间延长，疗效进一步增加，其皮损好转及真菌转阴明显比联苯苄唑乳膏为快。结论：肤康涂膜剂外用治疗豚鼠皮肤癣菌有显著疗效。

The Study on therapeutic effects of Fu Kang paints on guinea pigs dermatophytosis caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes

ABSTRCT:Objective    To investigate the therapeutic effects of Fu Kang Paints on guinea pigs dermatophytosis caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes.  Methods   The guinea pig dermatophytosis caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes were used as infect model.  The infect models were carred on treatments experimentally with Fu Kang paints,and Bifonazole cream as control group.  Results Fu kang paints had effect on the dermatophytosis infection induced by trichophytion mentagrophytes.  The obvious effects were evolved after 1 week.  The curative effects had a better increase along with the course of treatment extending, and the improvement on damaging derma and the fungus disappearance are quicker than Bifonazole cream.  Conclusion Fu Kang paints has good curative effect against dermatophytosis by external use.
