摘要：目的：观察肝脂片对大鼠脂肪肝的防治作用。方法：采用高脂饲料复制大鼠脂肪肝模型，同时分别给予不同剂量的肝脂片，以肝脏的脂质含量、脂变程度为衡量指标，观察其预防和治疗效果。结果：肝脂片能使脂肪肝大鼠的肝组织中总胆固醇（TC）和甘油三酯（TG）含量显著降低，SOD活力明显升高，MDA含量明显减少，肝细胞的脂变程度明显减轻。结论：肝脂片对脂肪肝的形成具有明显的预防作用。

The protetive and therapeutic effects of Ganzhi Tablet on rats fatty liver

Abstract  Objective：To explore the protective effect of Ganzhi Tablet (GZT) on rat fatty liver．Methods: We duplicated fatty liver animal model with high fat diet.divided the groups into model group，high group，low group，DongBaoGanTai group as well as control group and normal control group random．Each treatment group was intervened by its own medicine，then observe the steatosis degree and determined the contents of lipids in the rat liver. Results: The total cholesterol(TC) & triglyceride (TG) levels in rat's liver were reduced remarkably, the malonyldialdehyde(MDA) contents much lowered and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity was increased remarkably in the liver of each treatment group．Conclusion: The results show that GZT has protective effects on fatty liver injury．
