摘要： 目的 建立一种评价丹参药材质量的方法，并对六个产地的丹参药材质量进行评价。方法：以丹参酮IIA和丹参酚酸B为定量评价指标，高效液相色谱法检测。结果：不同产地丹参中丹参酮II_A和丹参酚酸B的含量差别很大且无确切内在联系。结论：本方法可满足对丹参药材质量进行综合评价的要求。

The Study of Evaluating Method for The Quality of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge.

Abstract: Object  To establish a method for evaluating the quality of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge., and evaluated different samples from six areas. Method  Determined the contents of Tanshinone II_A and Salvianolic acid B by HPLC. Result  The contents of Tanshinone II_A and Salvianolic acid B were various from different producing areas and have no certain internal relation. Conclusion  The method established in this thesis can meet demand to evaluate the quality of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge..
