摘要  目的：测定痤疮凝胶中甲硝唑含量。方法：用一阶导数光谱法直接测定凝胶中甲硝唑含量。结果：甲硝唑在10~80μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 8），平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=0.96%.。结论：该法方便、快速。

 Determination of Metronidazole in Acne Gels by First Order Derivative Spectrophotometry

ABSTRACT  Objective: To determine the concentration of Metronidazole  in acne gel. Methods: First derivative spectrophotometry was used.  Results: There were good linear correlation in the range of  10~80μg·ml^-1. Conclusions: The method is simple, fast and accurate.
