 摘要：目的：建立HPLC法测定镇脑宁胶囊中丹参酮IIA的含量。方法：用甲醇超声法提取丹参酮IIA, HPLC外标法测其含量;丹参酮IIA对照品的回归方程为：y=109.0666x-15.7033相关系数为r=0.9999。结果：可能是由于丹参药材的差异，5批样品中丹参酮IIA的含量分别为0.129、0.385、0.406、0.349、0.293（mg/g）结论：

操作简便、快速、重复性好，可作为控制镇脑宁胶囊内在质量的有效方法。

 Determination  of  Tanshinone II A

 in ZhenNaoNing  Capsules   by  HPLC

Abstract:  

Objective:In this article ,through the content of the effective element in danshinone ,i.e. IIA,a criteria for the control of the quality of products is offered.

Methods:HPLC is adopted to determine the content of theTanshinone IIA,after it is distilled by carbinol ultrasound.Perhaps due to the diversity of danshinone，using the formular：109.0666x-15.7033，r=0.9999。 Results:the result is that the content of the IIA in 5 samples are respectively 0.129,0.325,0.406,0.349,0.293(mg/g)

Conclusion:Since the HPLC is simple,expedicious and repeatable ,it could be used as a effectual means for controlling the quality of the ZhenNaoing capsules .
