摘要 目的:分析临床分离细菌的耐药性情况。方法:对我院2001年1月~2003年12月细菌培养和药敏试验的结果进行回顾性分析和统计。结果:G-菌828株,占54.9%,G+菌680株,占45.1%,列前10位的优势菌分别是凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、D群非肠球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、肠球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌和奇异变形杆菌,对常用抗菌药物的耐药率均较高。结论:临床医师应了解细菌的耐药特点,有针对性地选用抗菌药物。

Analysis on Bacterial Resistance of 1508 Strains

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the bacterial resistance of clinical isolates for rational use of antibiotics. Methods: The statistics of the antimicrobial susceptibility testing of all the clinical isolates from Jan.2001 to Dec.2003 were analyzed. Results: Of 1508 strains ,828(54.9%) were Gram-negative bacilli and 680(45.1%) were Gram-positive cocii. The top ten of the isolates were MSCNS, Escherichia coli., Group D nonenterococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, MSSA, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus spp.,Acinetobacter baumanii, Enterobactorloacae and Prpteus mirabilis. Most of them had the higher rate of bacterial resistance to the antibiotics used commonly. Conclusion: The doctors should know the characteristic of bacterial resistance to chose the fittest drugs.
