摘要： 目的：建立同时测定三黄片(大黄、黄芩浸膏和盐酸小檗碱)中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，用C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm, 5μm)，以甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-冰乙酸 (40：60：1)为流动相，流速为1.0mL/min，检测波长333nm。结果： 本法线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为98.31%和98.18%，RSD为0.98%和1.09% (n=6)。结论： 本法操作简便，结果准确，分离效果好，可用于三黄片的质量控制。
Simultaneous Determination of Berberine hydrochloride and Baicalin in Sanhuang Tablets by HPLC

Abstract: Objective： To determine the content of Berberine hydrochloride and Baicalin for Sanhuang Tablets(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Estractum Scutellariae and berberine hydrochloride) simultaneously. Methods： The HPLC with a C18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used. Methanol-0.05mol/L Potassium phosphate monobasic buffer solution-Acetic acid glacial (40:60:1) was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min, and the detection wavelength was at 333nm. Results： The method has a good linear dependuce. The average recovery of loading sample were 98.31% and 98.18% , RSD were 0.98% and 1.09%. (n=6). Conclusion： The method is convenient for a good resolution and can be used for the quality control of Sanhuang Tablets.
