摘要：目的：考察八仙丸胶囊的壮阳作用。方法：采用果蝇、大、小白鼠对其壮阳作用进行药效学研究。结果：八仙丸胶囊具有提高果蝇交配率，明显缩短去势大鼠电刺激诱发阴茎勃起的潜伏期，显示出壮阳作用，同时，具有增强耐力和耐缺氧能力，毒性小的优点。结论：八仙丸具有提高机体免疫力和补肾壮阳的作用。

THE PHARMACODYNAMICS EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND  PREPARATION  OF  BAXIAN  CAPSULE

ABSTRACT: Purpose:  Observe the BaXian Capsule’s  effects  of  Zhuangyan. Method: Use Drosophila melanogaster and rats ,mouse to do research on the effect of Zhuangyan . Results: The BaXian Capsule has the effect of increasing drosophila melanogaster’s mating rate and obviously shorter it’s incubation period,when the rats has been castrated and its penis is caued to excite by electricity ,implies that Baxian Capsule’s effects of Zhuangyan. At the same time ,the Capsule has the advantages to increasing endurance and ability of enduring lack of Oxygen as well as little poison .Conclusion: BaXian Capsules has the effect of increasing immunologic  and  BuShengZhuangYan.
