要 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定氢氯噻嗪片的含量。方法：采用Hypersil ODS₂ 5um（4.6×250mm）柱；磷酸盐缓冲液（1mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液，用磷酸调至pH3.0）-甲醇-水（4:30:66）为流动相；流速1ml·min^-1；检测波长272nm。结果：氢氯噻嗪浓度在3.39~16.94ug·ml^-1的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9999，平均回收率为99.4%，RSD 为0.4%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确，专属性强，可作为氢氯噻嗪片的含量测定方法。

Determination of the Content of Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish HPLC method for the content determination of Hydrochlorothiazide tablets. Methods: The Hypersil ODS2 column was used.. The mobile phase was phosphate buffer solution (1mol·L^-1potassiun Dihydrogen phosphate, with pH3.0 by phosphoric Acid)-methanol-water (4:30:66). The flow rate was 1ml·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 272nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear (r=0.9999) within the range of 3.39～16.94ug·ml^-1 for Hydrochlorothiazide. The average recovery was 99.4%, RSD was 0.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid，accurate and specific. It can be used for the content determination of Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets.
