[摘要] 目的比较地红霉素和红霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效和安全性。方法 选择支原体和衣原体男性无合并症尿道炎患者129例为研究对象，试验组67例给予地红霉素胶囊，250mg po qd，对照组62例给予红霉素片，500mg po qid，均连续服用14d。结果 地红霉素组的治愈率为76.1%,有效率为89.6%，病原菌清除率为76.1%；红霉素组治愈率为48.4%，有效率为66.1%，病原菌清除率为48.4%。地红霉素组的治愈率、有效率、病原菌清除率明显高于红霉素组（p<0.01）。结论：地红霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎安全有效。

Clinical Efficacy of Dirithromycin in Treating Male Patients with Nongonococcal Urethritis (NGU)

ABSTRACT Objectives：To compare the efficacy of dirithromycin with that of erythromycin in treating male patients with nongonococcal urethritis. Method：129 male patients with nongonococcal urethritis were selected to be objectives for study. The tested group (67 cases) were treated with dirithromycin 250mg po qd for 14d, compared with the controlled group(62 cases) treated with erythromycin 500mg po qid for 14d. Results：The clinical cure rate, total effective rate and the bacterial eradication rate of the two groups were 76.1 %, 89.6%, 76.1 % and 48.4 %, 66.1%, 48.4% respectively. The clinical cure rate, total effective rate and bacterial eradication rate in dirithromycin group were significantly higher than that in erythromycin group Conclusions： Dirithromycin is very effective and safety in treating nongonococcal urethritis.
