摘要  目的：建立高效液相色谱法，测定红虎降压片中君药虎杖有效成分大黄素的含量。方法：色谱柱：C₁₈（Hypersil ODS柱，4.6mm×250mm，5µm），流动相：甲醇-0.1%的磷酸溶液（87:13），流速：1.0mL.min^-1，柱温：25℃。结果：线性范围为0.032～0.160µg。大黄素的平均回收率99.64%，  RSD=1.19％（n=5）。结论：方法简便，快速，分离度好，结果稳定，适合于红虎降压片的质量控制。

Determination of Edomin in Honghujiangya Tablets by RP-HPLC

ABSTRACT: Objectives: A HPLC method was established for the determination of emodin in Honghujiangya Tablets. Method: Analytical column was Hypersil C₁₈ column(4.6mm×250mm，5µm）. The mobile phase consisted of methal－0.1%phosporic acid-water（87:13）. The flow rate was 1.0mL.min^-1. Result: The calibration curves of emodin was 0.032~0.160µg. The average recovery of emodin was 99.64% (RSD=1.19 %( n=5)). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and of good separation. It can be used for determination the content of modin in Honghujiangya Tablets.
