摘要    目的：了解克林霉素的临床应用情况，为进一步提高临床合理用药水平提供参考。方法：采用前瞻性的调查方法，分析279例次应用克林霉素的情况，特殊情况与临床医护人员沟通并适当干预。结果：预防用药218例次，占78.14%；治疗用药61例次，占21.86%。不合理用药139例次，占49.82%；合理用药73例次，占26.17%；基本合理用药67例次，占24.01%。其中预防用药的不合理比例（51.83%）明显高于治疗用药（21.31%）。279例次中不良反应11例，发生率为3.94%。结论：应充分重视合理用药，尤其针对预防用药的合理性。药师的追踪与干预有利于临床的合理用药。

Analysis of Clinical Drug Usage of Clindamycin in 252 Cases

ABSRACT Objective：Through studying the clinical usage state of clindamycin, reference would be provided for raising the ability of using drug more rationally in the clinic. Method: Prospective studies were applied to analyze 279 cases of using clindamycin. Communication with doctors and necessary intervene were adopted when there were special conditions. Results: There were 61 cases (21.86%) for therapy and 218 cases (78.14%) for prevention. The rate of irrational drug use was 49.82%(139 cases) and the rate of rational drug use was26.17%(73 cases). The rate of relative rational drug use cases was 24.01%(67 cases). The irrational rate of preventive cases (51.83%) was higher than that of therapeutic cases（21.31%）.There were 11 cases (3.94%) of ADR in all the 279 cases. Conclusions: More attention should be paid to the rational drug use, especially using the preventive drug rationally. Tracing and interfering by the pharmacists are beneficial to rational clinical drug use.
