正交实验优选三颗针中小檗碱的提取工艺

摘要目的:优选三颗针中小檗碱的提取工艺。方法 :采用正交试验设计法考察4个因素对盐酸小檗碱得率的影响。 结果:优选出最佳提取工艺为:A1B3C1D3即稀硫酸浓度0.2%,溶剂的量为16倍,石灰乳调PH9,精制时调酸的温度为600C结论:以该工艺从三颗针中提取的小檗碱含量高,工艺较简单、适用。

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Berberine Hydrochloride in Berberis with Orthogonal Test

ABSTRACT Objective:  To optimize the extraction technology of berberine from berberis. Method: The orthogonal test method was adopted to explore the influences of 4 factors on the yielding rate of berberine from berberis. Result: The optimum conditions of extraction process were as follows A1B3C1D3.The conditions was 0.2% H2SO4 with 16 times of solvent, lime emulsion for pH9The temperature was about 60 oC. Conclusion: With the extraction technology, the berberine goods are of high content. The technology was simple and practical
