    摘要 目的：完善小儿解表颗粒质量标准。方法：对小儿解表颗粒中的牛黄作了TLC鉴别，用HPLC对金银花所含绿原酸作了含量测定。结果： TLC鉴别特征明显，专属性强。绿原酸在0.004~0.127μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9993,平均回收率98.0%, RSD为1.2%。结论：所建立的方法简便可行，重现性好，为小儿解表颗粒质量控制提供了方法依据。

Study on Quality Control Standard of Xiaoerjiebiao Granules

ABSTRACT Objective: To perfect the quality control standard for Xiaoerjiebiao granules. Method: Calculus bovis was identified by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle was determined by HPLC. Results: The characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and specific. Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear correlation within the range of 0.004 -0.127μg.( r =0.9993).  The average recovery was 98.0% (RSD＝1.2 %）. Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible and repeatable. It has supplied theoretical evidence for quality control of Xiaoerjiebiao granules.
