[摘要] 目的： 建立HPLC法测定雾灵鼻通中盐酸麻黄碱和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法： 采用shim-pack CLC-ODS(6×150mm)色谱柱，以甲醇:0.34％磷酸二氢钾(55:45)为流动相，流速1ml.min-1，用紫外检测器于257nm波长处检测。 结果：盐酸麻黄碱和地塞米松磷酸钠的线性范围分别为0.1-0.5mg.ml-1和0.01-0.05mg.ml-1；相关系数均为0.9999；样品的平均回收率100.1％（RSD=0.8％ n=5）和101.1％（RSD=1.2％ n=5)。结论：本方法快速、简便、结果准确，可用于控制该制剂的质量。

Determination the Content of Ephedrine Hydrochloride and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in Wulingbitong by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in Wulingbitong. Method: The Shim-pack CLC-ODS column (6mm×150mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (55:45). The flow rate was 1 mL•min-1. The detection wavelength was 257nm. Results: The linear ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were at 0.1-0.5mg.ml-1 and 0.01-0.05 mg.ml-1 respectively. They both showed a good linear correlation. The average recoveries was 101.1% (RSD =0.8%) and 101.1 %( RSD =1.2%). Conclusion: This method is rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of the preparation.
