摘 要 目的:探讨大生产中雄黄炮制及含雄黄制剂炮制过程中的最佳烘干温度。方法:采用中国药典二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银法,对不同干燥温度下雄黄粉中三氧化二砷(As2O3) 的含量进行测定。结果:60℃以下的烘烤温度对雄黄中As2O3含量几乎没有影响,80℃开始有变化,至180℃以上As2O3的含量急剧增加。结论:雄黄及雄黄制剂的加工过程中温度应控制在60℃以下;雄黄的炮制工艺还需进一步完善。

Influence of Temperature on the Content of Arsenic Trioxide in Realgar

ABSTRACT Objective: To discuss the best drying temperature during the course of processing realgar and making realgar preparation in mass manufacture. Method: The content of arsenic trioxide in realgar power under different dry temperatures were determined by silver diethyldithio-carbamate method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2000). Result: There was no influence on the content of arsenic trioxide in realgar when the temperature was under 60℃. A little change happened when the temperature came to 80℃ and the content of arsenic trioxide increased greatly when the temperature was above 180℃. Conclusion: During the process of realgar, the temperature should be controlled under 60℃. The technology of realgar preparation should be further perfected.
