摘  要 目的：优选红花最佳提取工艺。方法：采用L₉(3⁴)正交试验，以红花黄色素和羟基红花黄色素A的含量作为评价指标，对红花的渗漉工艺

进行研究。结果：最佳提取条件是以60％乙醇浸渍12 h，25倍量进行渗漉，渗漉流速为0.5 ml·min^-1。结论：该优选条件实验结果可靠，方法简便，

适于生产中该中药的提取。

Optimization of the Percolation Processes of  Carthamus Tinctorius L.by Orthogonal Design

ABSTRACT Objective：AIM To study the optimum extraction conditions of safflor yellow and hydroxysafflor yellow A。Method：safflor yellow and hydroxysafflor yellow A were used as markers。The percolation process of Carthamus Tinctorius L.was studied by orthogonal design with L₉（3⁴）。Result：The Carthamus Tinctorius L.were soaked with 60% alcohol for 12 h，then were percolated with 25 times amount of 60% alcohol，and the percolate speed is 0.5 ml·min^-1。This extractive condition is the best way。Conclusion：The result is credible and the method is simple，it can be used for batch production。
