摘 要 目的:优选红花最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以红花黄色素和羟基红花黄色素A的含量作为评价指标,对红花的渗漉工艺
进行研究。结果:最佳提取条件是以60%乙醇浸渍12 h,25倍量进行渗漉,渗漉流速为0.5 ml·min-1。结论:该优选条件实验结果可靠,方法简便,
适于生产中该中药的提取。

Optimization of the Percolation Processes of Carthamus Tinctorius L.by Orthogonal Design

ABSTRACT Objective:AIM To study the optimum extraction conditions of safflor yellow and hydroxysafflor yellow A。Method:safflor yellow and hydroxysafflor yellow A were used as markers。The percolation process of Carthamus Tinctorius L.was studied by orthogonal design with L9(34)。Result:The Carthamus Tinctorius L.were soaked with 60% alcohol for 12 h,then were percolated with 25 times amount of 60% alcohol,and the percolate speed is 0.5 ml·min-1。This extractive condition is the best way。Conclusion:The result is credible and the method is simple,it can be used for batch production。
