摘 要 目的： 研究单味中药及活性成分抗内毒素作用。方法: 采用鲎试剂试管凝集反应进行体外抗内毒素的实验研究。结果：所研究
单味中药及活性成分均有不同程度的抗鲎试剂试管凝集反应现象。结论: 所研究单味中药及活性成分对细菌内毒素的有直接的破坏降解
作用。

Experimental Studies of the Anti-endotoxin Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Effective Components in vitro

ABSTRACT Objective：To study the antiendotoxic action of traditional chinese medicine and effective components in vitro。Method：The reaction of tachypleus amebocyte lysate （TAL） was used。Result：All traditional chinese medicine and effective components studied in the experiment could inhibit the TAL in some extents。Conclusion：TCM and effective components studied in the experiment have the action on destroying endotoxin in vitro。
