摘 要 目的：建立丹参益坤口服液的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对方中赤芍和当归进行了鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参
酮ⅡA的含量。结果：在薄层色谱中能检出赤芍和当归；丹参酮ⅡA在1.80 ~9.60μg 范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999 8（n=5）；平
均回收率为100.2%，RSD=0.6%。结论：所建立的方法简便可行、重现性好，可用于丹参益坤口服液的质量控制。

Quality Stsndard for Danshenyikun Oral Liquid

ABSTRACT Objective：To establish a method for quality control of Danshenyikun Oral Liquid。Method：The Radix paeoniae and Radix angelicae sinensis were identified by TLC，the content of tanshinone ⅡA was determined by HPLC。Result：the Radix paeoniae and radix angelicae sinensis could be identified by TLC，the TLC spots developed were fairly clear，the linear range of tanshinone ⅡA was 1.8 - 9.6μg，the average recovery was 100.2% RSD 0.6%。Conclusion：The method is simple，it can be used for quality control of Dan shenyikun oral Liquid。
