摘 要 目的：建立喉痛灵片的质量控制方法。方法：采用理化方法对喉痛灵片中氨基酸类、香豆素类及酚类成分进行鉴别；并采用TLC
法鉴别野菊花中的绿原酸；HPLC法测定样品中绿原酸的含量。结果：TLC鉴别专属性强，重复性好。绿原酸的线性范围为0.05～0.49μg
（r=0.999 9），加样回收率为100.0%，RSD为2.2%；结论：所建立的定性定量方法简便、重复性好，可作为喉痛灵片的质量监控标准。

Quality Control of Houtongling Tablets

ABSTRACT Objective：To establish a methed for the quality control of Houtongling tablets。
Method：The physical chemical and method were used for identified the amino acid，coumarins and phenols，the TLC method was used for identified the cblorogenic acid，the content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC。Result：The TLC spot was quite clear，the blank test showed no interference the linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.05 - 0.49μg（r=0.999 9），the average recovery was 100.0% RSD 2.2%。Conclusion：The method is simple，rapid and accurate， it can be used for the quality control of moutongling tablets。
