摘 要 目的：优选康妇炎片剂中苍术、当归、川芎、香附挥发油的提取及β- CD 包合工艺。方法：以苍术、当归、川芎、香附挥发油
出油量为指标优选提取工艺；以挥发油的包合率为指标优选β- CD 包合工艺。结果：优选挥发油提取工艺条件为：苍术、当归、川芎、
香附药材加10倍量水，蒸馏4 h；包合物最佳包合工艺为：采用饱和水溶液法，β-CD与油量为10 ：1，40℃搅拌1 h。结论：该工艺可用
于苍术、当归、川芎、香附挥发油的提取及包合。

Studies on the Extraction of Volatile Oil in Kangfuyan Tablets and the of β-CD Inclusion

ABSTRACT Objective：To optimize the conditions for the extraction of volatile oil from Rhizoma Atracylodis，Radix Angelicae Sinensis，Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Cyperi in Kangfuyan Tablets，and for the technique of β-CD inclusion。Method：With the amount of extracted volatile oil of Rhizoma Atracylodis，Radix Angelicae Sinensis，Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Cyperi as indexes，orthogonal tests were conducted to determine the optimum conditions for extracting the volatile oil。The application rate of included volatile oil was used as indexes to optimize the conditions for including the oils with β-CD。Result：The optimized extraction conditions were：with10-fold water added，extracting for 4 hours。The optimized inclusion conditions were：applying the saturated aqueous solution method，the proportion of the oils and β-CD being 1：8 at 40 ℃，the volatile oil was included for 1 hour。Conclusion：The established process can be used for the extraction and the inclusion of volatile oil from Rhizoma Atracylodis，Radix Angelicae Sinensis，Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Cyperi in Kangfuyan Tablets。
