Infuence of Different Processing Methods on the Content of Osthole in Fructus Cnidii

ABSTRACT Objective：To explore the enfluexce of different processing methods on the content of osthole in Fructus Cnidii。Method：HPLC was used to determine osthole in Fructus Cnidii processed with different methods。Result：The contents of osthole in original Fructus Cnidii was much higher than that by heating process。Conclusion：The contents of osthole in Fructus Cnidii decrease with the temperature rising in heating process，the higher the temperature，the less the contents。
