摘 要 目的：建立注射用头孢西丁钠的HPLC含量测定方法。方法：BonChrom-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm，5µm)；流动相为水-乙腈-冰醋
酸（810：190：10）；检测波长254nm；流速为1ml·min-1。结果：头孢西丁在75～1200 mg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好；平均回收率
为100.0%，RSD0.1%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确。

Determination the Content of Cefoxitin Sodium for Injection by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of cefoxitin sodium for injection。Method：The Bon chrom C18 column（150 mm×4.6mm，5μm）was used。 The mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid（810：190：10）， the flow rate was 1ml·min-1；the detection wavelength was at 254 nm。Result：The cefoxitin sodium presented a good linear correlation within a rrange of 75 - 1200μg·ml-1，r=0.999 9。The average recovery was 100.0%，RSD=0.1%。Conclusion：This mothed is simple，rapid and accurate。
