摘  要 目的：通过病历调查原发性高血压患者药物治疗情况，探讨其用药特点及合理性。方法：以抽取某三甲医院2005~2006年，第一诊断为原

 

发性高血压的患者出院病历150份，统计分析用药情况。结果：复方制剂、钙拮抗药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿降压药、β受体阻断药为本次

 

调查中主要的降压药物。其中使用频率高的药物主要有复方降压片89例（59.3%），硝苯地平65例（43.3 %），卡托普利50例（33.3%），北京降压0

 

号43例（28.7%）。联合用药占66.0%，且以二联为主。治疗并发症中，治疗心衰等心血管疾病的药物共404例次（404/150），平均每例用此类药2.7

 

种。治疗并发症用药频率最高为改善脑功能药物93例（62.0%）。结论：高血压患者的用药基本符合《中国高血压防治指南》的原则，但在联合用

 

药中存在重复用药的情况，复方制剂有滥用的倾向。

ABSTRACT Objective：To explore the speciality and reasonableness of the drug usage on inpatients of primary hyperfension。Method：One hundred and fifty discharged records of primary hypertention inpatients were investigated in 2005-2006 randomly。Result：The main decreased hypentension dnugs were compound preparations，calcium antagonists，CIEA，beta receptors blocked drugs，diuretic drugs。The high frequency of drug usage were compound decreased pressue tablet 89 cases（59.3%），nifedepine 65 cases（43.3%），captopril 50 cases（33.3%），Beijing decreased pressue No:zero 43 cases（28.7%）。combined drug usage 66.0%。The drug usage in the treatment of cardiac failure and orther cardiovascular complications were 404 cases/once，the average complication drug usage of every case was 2.7 kinds。93 cases used the druge of improve brain functions（62.0%）。Conclusion：The drug usage of hypertension patients are rational hasically，but in the bonbined usage has repeated use and abuse。
