    疼痛在临床上是很常见而又关键的一个问题,它能引起应激反应,对病人的治疗、手术和预后等均具有重要的影响,所以在临床上控制疼痛显得尤为重要.在诸多的镇痛药中,布托啡诺经过一系列的动物实验和临床研究,表现出多方面的优势.本文对布托啡诺的镇痛效果和实验研究作一介绍.……
