    据世界卫生组织统计,全世界约有3.5亿的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带者,占全球人口的5%以上[1].每年至少有120万感染患者死于HBV相关疾病(肝硬化、肝癌).慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)的关键治疗是抗HBV治疗,特别是核苷类药物发展迅速,本文就核苷类抗HBV药物的研究进展作一综述.……
