摘 要 目的：建立测定妇科养荣丸中芍药苷的高效液相色谱法。方法：C18色谱柱（200 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流动相：乙腈0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾（16：84），流速1.0ml·min-1，检测波长230 nm。结果：线性范围：0.195~1.952μg·ml-1，r=0.999 8，平均回收率：96.8%（n=5，RSD=1.2%）。结论：建立的高效液相色谱法测定含量，准确、快速、重现性好。

Determination the Content of Paeoniflorin in Fuke Yangrong Pills by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Paeoniflorin in Fuke Yangrong Pills。Method：The C18 colurm（200 mm×4.6mm，5μm）was used；the acetonitrile 0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（16：84）as mobile Phase，the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1，the detection wavelength was at 230 nm。Result：The liner range was 1.952-19.52μg·ml-1，r=0.999 8，the average recovery was 96.8%（n=5，RSD=1.2%）。Conclusion：To establish a HPLC method for determination the content，accurate and quick，good reporducibie。
