摘 要 目的：建立清肝利胆胶囊中虎杖苷含量测定的方法。方法：色谱柱：Kromasil C18柱（250 mm×4.6mm ,5 μm ）；流动相：乙腈-水（23∶77），检测波长：306 nm。结果：虎杖苷的线性范围为6.10~0.51μg·ml-1,平均加样回收率为98.42%， RSD=0.6%（n=6）。结论：本法可靠，重现性好，为清肝利胆胶囊的质量控制和评价提供了依据。

Determination the Content of Polydatin in Qinganlidan Capsules by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of polydatin in Qinganlidao capsules.Method: The kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used, the acetionitrile-water(23∶77)as mobile phase the flow rate was1.0ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was 306 nm.。Result: The linear range of polydatin was0.10-0.51μg(r=0.999 5), the average recovery was98.1% RSD0.6%.Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible, it can be used for quality control of qingonlidon capsules.
