摘 要 目的：确立益肝灵软胶囊的最佳成型工艺。方法：以软胶囊的崩解时限、含量测定为评价指标，考察基质的种类、药物与基质的配比对软胶囊成型性的影响。结果：选择植物油为基质，油料比为2.5∶1比例为宜。结论：该工艺适用于工业化生产。

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish the optimum preparation process for Yiganling soft capsules.Method: A series of experiments had been carried out for the choice of substrate、its proportion of substrate to drug to make disintegration and assaying up to grade.Result: The best soft capsules formatting process was a ratio of oil to drug(2.5∶1).Conclusion: This preparation method is suitable for the industrial mamfacture for Yiganling soft capsules.
