摘 要 目的：优选产后康口服液水提醇沉工艺。方法：采用正交试验，以阿魏酸为定量指标，HPLC法测定其含量。结果：采用12倍水，提取2次，时间2 h，70%醇沉浓度为最佳工艺。结论：该优选工艺易于重复，所得制剂符合质量要求。

Study on Preparing Technology of Chanhoukang Oral Liquid

ABSTRACT Objective: To study the optimum extraction procedure for Chanhoukang oral liquid by water extraction and alcohol precipition.Method: The orthogonal test was used,the content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC.Result: The twelve fold aqua and quadric extract and a hour at a time and 70% concentration of grain alcohol were prime technology parameters.
Conclusion: The process is reproducible, according with quality demands of the preparation.
