盐酸青藤碱脂质体制备工艺的研究-07.3

摘 要 目的:研究盐酸青藤碱脂质体的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用超声波分散法制备盐酸青藤碱脂质体,通过正交实验设计,以包封率为考察指标筛选工艺。结果:优选实验因素:磷脂量(w/v)为6%、盐酸青藤碱与磷脂的比例量(w/w)为1∶8、胆固醇与磷脂的比例量(w/w)为1∶7、溶液的pH为8.2。该选优工艺下,脂质体平均包封率为65.75%,RSD为2.51% (n=5)。结论:该优选工艺条件可行。

Study on Preparation Techniques of Sinomenine Hydrochloride Liposome

ABSTRACT  Objective: To study the best  preparation techniques of sinomenine hydrochloride liposome.Method:The sinomenine hydrochloride liposome was prepared by ultrasonic dispersing method with orthogonal design.Result: Experimental factors: phosphol -ipid was 6%(w/v). The ratio of sinomenine hydrochloride to phospholipid was 1∶8(w/w). The ratio of  choesterin to phospholipid was 1∶7(w/w), and the pH was 8.2. The average entrapment efficiency of liposome was 65.75%, and the RSDwas 1.82%(n=5). Conclu-sion: The preparation techniques of sinomenine hydrochloride liposome by ultrasonic dispersing method with orthogonal design was suitable, and it established the foundation for the extended-release preparation study.
