摘 要 目的：建立HPLC法测定氯柳硼酊中氯霉素和水杨酸含量的方法。方法：色谱柱Zorbax ODSC18(150 mm×4.6mm，5 μm);以甲醇2%乙酸溶液(48∶52v/v)为流动相；流速1.0 ml〖DK2〗•min-1；检测波长为301 nm，柱温30 ℃。结果：氯霉素在10～60 μg•ml-1范围内，浓度与峰面积线性关系良好（r＝0.999 5），平均回收率99.5%，RSD=0.7%；水杨酸在10～60 μg•ml-1范围内，浓度与峰面积线性关系良好（r＝0.999 5），平均回收率100.2%，RSD=0.6%。结论：该方法专属性好，操作简便、快速，结果准确，可用于氯柳硼酊制剂的质量控制。

Determination the Content of Chloramphenicol and Salicylic Acid in Lüliupeng Tincture by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in Lüliupeng tincture.Method: The Zorbax ODSC18column(150 mm×4.6mm，5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol0.2％acetic acid solution(48∶52 v/v) ，the flow rate was 1.0ml•min-1,the detection wavelength was at 301 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Result:The linear ranges of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were 10.0-60.0μg•ml-1(r=0.999 5) and 10-60 μg•ml-1(r=0.999 5) respectively, the average recoveries of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were 99.5% and RSD.7%(n=6) and 100.2%RSD0.6%(n=6), respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple，rapid and accurate, it can be used for quality control of lüliupeng with tinctures.
