摘 要 目的:用多指标综合评分法优选栀子炭炮制工艺。方法:用正交试验法考察炮制温度、炒制时间等影响因素,以栀子炭的性状、栀子苷和鞣质含量、凝血作用效果为指标,综合评分优选炮制工艺条件。结果:炮制温度对实验结果有显著性影响,为了达到炒炭存性的目的,炒炭温度不能高于200 ℃。栀子炭的最佳炮制工艺为A1B2C2,即200℃,炒10 min,喷水少许后,再炒1 min至干。结论:用综合评分法优选出的栀子炭炮制工艺能较好地保证炮制品的质量。

Shanghai Yu Tiancheng medicinal materials of TCM CO., LTD) BSTRACT Objective: To optimize the processing technology of Charcoal of Gardenia jasminoides.Method: Orthogonal test was used to study the effect of processing factors (temperature and times). The description of products was designed, the contents of the functional substances (geniposide and tannin) and the effect of coagulation test as the guidelines, the grading methods of synthesizing multiple guidelines were applied to optimize the technical conditions. Result:Processing technology is optimized as A1B2C2,(which is to process 10 min under 200 ℃ and the 1 min to dry after spraying some water).Conclusion:The processing technology optimized by the grading methods can ensure the quality of products.
