摘 要 目的：建立HPLC法测定复方芦荟乳膏中维生素E的含量。方法： Elite ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇,流速1.0 ml•min-1检测波长286 nm。结果：维生素E在0.10～1.03 mg•ml-1范围内，线性关系良好，r=0.999 9。回收率为99.6%,RSD0.7%。结论：本法可测定复方芦荟乳膏中维生素E的含量，适用于产品的质量控制。

Determination the Content of Vitamin E in Compound Aloe Cream by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of vitamin E in compound Aloe cream. Method: The Elite ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm) was used, the methanol as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml•min-1,the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Result: The linear range of vitamin was 0.10-1.03 mg•ml-1(r=0.999 9), the average recovery was99.6% with RSD0.7%. Conclusion: This method can be used for quality control of compound aloe cream.
