摘 要 目的：建立和完善厚朴温中丸的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对方中木香、厚朴、甘草进行定性鉴别；采用HPLC法测定了方中君药厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的总含量。结果：鉴别结果理想，阴性对照无干扰；厚朴酚平均加样回收率为99.2％，RSD=1.2％(n=6)；和厚朴酚的平均加样回收率为100.0％，RSD=2.5％（n=6）。结论：本方法快速简便，准确，可控制该制剂的质量。

Study on Quality Standard for Houpu Wenzhong Pills

ABSTRACT Objective: To Establish the quality standard for Houpu Wenzhong Pills.Method: Radix Aucklandiae, Cortex Magnoliae officinalis, Radix Glycyrrhizae in this medicine were identified by TLC. The total contents of magnolol and honokiol were ermined by HPLC. Result: The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well. The average recoveries(n=6) of magnolol and honokiol were 99.2%and 100.0% with RSD1.2% and 2.5% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of houpu wenzhong pills.
