摘 要 目的：对住院冠心病支架置入者围手术期用药合理性进行探讨。方法：通过病历浏览系统及临床查房，采集145例患者用药资料，查阅有关文献进行分析。结果：用药基本合理，但有些问题还需进一步研究。结论：支架的置入过程中及治疗后均可能发生相关并发症，在治疗的全过程中合理地用药可有效防止并发症。

Rational Use of Drugs for 145 Cases of Coronary Artery Disease with Stent in Perioperative Period

ABSTRACT Objective: The rational use of drug was discussed for the coronary artery disease of inpatients with the stent in the perioperative period. Method: The data of 145 patients with the drug was collected from the computer based on patients record system and clinical wardinspection, and the analysis with the related literature were analyzed. Result: The use of drugs were basic rational, but some questions must further study. Conclusion: It is possible to happen complications in the perioperative period and after operation, therefore rational drug use is very important.
