流行性感冒（简称流感），是由流感病毒引起的一种呼吸道传染病。流感病毒属正粘病毒科，系单链RNA病毒，分为甲（A）、乙（B）、丙（C）三型，根据表面糖蛋白抗原结构和基因编码的不同，已经发现甲型流感病毒存在15种血凝素（HA）亚型和9种神经氨酸酶（NA）亚型，常引起流感大暴发。乙型流感病毒HA和NA型均只有一种，因此它没有亚型，不会造成大流行。丙型流感病毒通常只引起零星的感染，多数没有症状，不构成公共卫生关心的问题。……
