摘 要 目的：评价阿魏酸钠注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及其对血流变学和血脂的影响。方法：将42例冠心病心绞痛病人给予阿魏酸钠注射液治疗，无对照开放式研究。结果：阿魏酸钠注射液对心绞痛症状改善有效率88.1%,硝酸甘油停减率83.3%，静息心电图改善有效率61.9%,血液流变学及血脂均有明显改善。结论：阿魏酸钠注射液对冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效。

Sodium Ferulate Injection in Treatment of Angina Pectoris and Influence of Blood Rheology and Blood Lipids

ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the clinical effects of sodium ferulate injection in treatment of angina pectoris and influence of blood rheology and blood lipids. Method: Forty two cases with angina pectoris were treated by sodium ferulate injection without control group.Result: The effective rate was 88.1%in improved the symptoms of angina pectoris,88.3%in nitroglycerin dosereducing and 61.9%in resting electrocardiogram improvement, and the tests in the blood rheology and blood lipids of the patients were all improved.Conclusion: Sodium ferulate injection is fairly effective in patients with angina pectoris.
