摘 要 目的：评价依西美坦治疗绝经后晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效并观察其不良反应。方法：19例晚期乳腺癌患者口服依西美坦25 mg，qd，4周为1疗程。治疗前1周，治疗后4周及8周通过X线拍片或体表直接测量记录肿瘤转归，同时检测雌激素抑制率。结果：可评价疗效的19例患者中，完全缓解（CR）1例，部分缓解（PR）6例，稳定（SD）11例，进展（PD）1例，总有效率（CR+PR）36.8%。依西美坦对软组织肿块的治疗效果明显，其次为骨转移，对内脏病变未见明显改善。结论：本品能有效缓解绝经后晚期乳腺癌，药物不良反应轻微。

Effect of Exemestane in Treatment of Postmenopausal Women with Advanced Breast Cancer

ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of exemestane in the treatment of postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer.Method: Nineteen patients with advanced breast cancer were used exemestane 25mg orally daily for 4 weeks as one course.Xray ,the size of tumor and the level of estrogen was tested 1 week before and 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Result: In the 19 patients evaluated for efficacy, complete response (CR) in 1case ,partial response(PR) in 6 cases, stable disease(SD) in 1 case and progressive disease(PD) in 1 case, with the overall response rate was 36.8%(CR+PR).The effect of soft tissue tumors were obviously, bone metastasis was secondly,it was no efficacy to viscera organ.Conclusion: Exemestane can be use to treat postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer, the adverse reations are mild.
