摘 要 目的：建立心律宁片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量的测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Alltima Amino(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)，流动相为乙腈无水乙醇3％磷酸溶液（80∶10∶10），检测波长为 220 nm，流速为1.0ml•min-1；柱温：室温。结果：苦参碱线性范围是0.168 μg～3.360μg,r=0.999 7，氧化苦参碱线性范围是0.124 μg～2.480 μg，r=0.999 3，苦参碱及氧化苦参碱的平均回收率分别为101.1%(RSD=1.22%)和100.2% (RSD=1.91%)(n=6)。结论：方法快速简便，重复性良好，可用于测定心律宁片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量。

Determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Xinlü Ning Tablet by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To develop a method for the determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Xinlü Ning Tablet.Method: Alltima Amino column(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile ethanol 3% phosphoric acid(80∶10∶10) and the flow rate was1.0 ml•min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 220 nm and the column was kept at room temperature.Result:Good linear relations were achieved.The Matrine concentration ranges of 0.168μg-3.36μg(r=0.999 7),and the average recovery were 101.1%(RSD=1.22%,n=6). The Oxymatrine concentration ranges of 0.124μg-2.48μg(r=0.999 3),and the average recovery were 100.2%(RSD=1.91%,n=6).Conclusion: The method was rapid and reproducible, and was suitable for the determination of the content of Matrine and Oxymatrine in XinlüNing tablet.
