化疗是肿瘤治疗的重要手段，目前现有的化疗药物普遍选择性不高，在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时也可能损害体内某些类型的正常细胞，常出现较明显的毒副反应，因此肿瘤靶向治疗已成为提高治疗效果的一条重要途径。而肿瘤相关抗原及其相应的单克隆抗体（monoclone antibody, mAb）的出现，使得制备一种具有选择性抗肿瘤作用的药物的研究有了很大的发展。……
