摘 要 目的：建立测定贝诺酯片中贝诺酯含量的HPLC方法。方法：色谱柱：ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）；流动相为甲醇-水（50∶50）；检测波长为240 nm；流速为1.0 ml•min-1。结果：贝诺酯在20 ～180 μg•ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9)，平均加样回收率为100.0％，RSD＝1.2％。结论： 该方法简单，准确，可用于贝诺酯片的质量控制。

Determination the Content of Benorilate Tablets by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination the content of benorilate tablets. Method: The ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,a mixture of methanolwater(50∶50) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml•min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 240 nm. Result: The Linear range of benorilate was 20-180 μg•ml-1(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 100.0%(RSD=1.2%).Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of benorilate tablets.
