摘 要 目的：建立HPLC法测定格列齐特片中格列齐特含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为(Scienhome-C18 250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm), 流动相为甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸（6∶4），流速为1.0 ml•min-1，检测波长为228 nm。结果：格列齐特在20～140 μg•ml-1线性关系良好，平均回收率100.0%,RSD 0.2%。结论：该方法简便、高效，专属性强，可作为格列齐特片的质量控制。

Determination the Content of Gliclazide in Gliclazide Tablets by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Gliclazide in Gliclazide Tablets. Method: The scienhome-C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used.The methanol0.2% glacial acetic acid (6∶4) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml•min-1,the detection wavelength was at 228 nm. Result: The linear range of Gliclazide was 20-140 μg•ml-1.The average recovery was 100.0%,RSD 0.2%.Conclusion: The method is simple and specific.It can be used for quality control of Gliclazide tablets.
