摘 要 目的：观察灵芪胶囊对H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用，分析其抗肿瘤作用机制。方法：实验用昆明种小鼠接种H22瘤株，经口灌胃灵芪胶囊和复方环磷酰胺11 d后，取瘤体称重，计算抑瘤率，并计算免疫器官指数；采用双抗夹心ELISA法检测H22荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-6含量。结果：灵芪胶囊在明显抑制肿瘤生长的同时不降低体重，在一定剂量下对荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官指数无明显影响，并能够明显抑制荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-6异常增高。结论：灵芪胶囊对H22荷瘤小鼠有明显抑瘤作用，通过改善荷瘤小鼠异常的免疫状态，达到治疗肿瘤的目的。

Effect of Lingqi Capsule on the Content of IL-6 in Peripheral Blood of Mice Bearing H22

ABSTRACT Objective: To discuss the antitumor effect of Lingqi capsule on mice bearing H22and further explore the mechanism of action. Method: The model of H22tumor bearing mice was produced and treated with Lingqi capsule and Compound Cyclohosphamide Tablets. After giving drugs for 11 days,the inhibiting rate of tumor,thymus index,spleen index were calculated and the content of IL-6 in its peripheral blood was determined by ELISA. Result: Lingqi capsule obviously inhibits tumor without losing weight and influencing immune organs.Compared with the model group, the content of IL-6 was reduced significantly in peripheral blood. Conclusion: Lingqi capsule can obviously inhibit tumor of H22.The mechanism may be related with improving abnormal state of immune of the mice with tumor.
