乙型肝炎是世界上最严重的传染病之一，也是人类第九大死亡原因。乙型肝炎的流行因地区而异，中国、东南亚和非洲的发病率高，西欧、北美和澳洲的发病率低。临床上用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）的常用药物有：干扰素-α（IFN-α）、拉米夫定（lamivudine）和阿德福韦酯（adefovir dipivoxil）。IFN-α需注射给药，拉米夫定和阿德福韦酯均可口服。由于这三种药物治疗CHB的长期应答率不够理想以及出现越来越多的耐药，使寻求新型的治疗CHB的药物尤显重要。本文就治疗CHB的新型抗病毒和免疫调节药作一介绍和讨论。……
