我院2003~2005年常见细菌分离率与耐药监测-07.7

摘  要  目的:了解2003~2005年我院常见病原菌分布与耐药状况。方法:采用SENSITITRE全自动微生物鉴定系统对分离的菌种和药敏结果进行分析鉴定。结果:大肠埃希杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌分离率排列在前五名。氨苄西林、四环素对前五位细菌耐药率均高于75%。头孢他啶、头孢哌酮对大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率低于26.8%。SMZ对表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药率低于20%。结论:常见病原菌的耐药性日益严重。细菌药敏试验及针对不同细菌选用敏感抗菌药物是合理应用抗菌药的前题。

Bacteria Isolation and Antibiotic Resistant Monitoring from Our Hospital

ABSTRACT  Objective: To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of common bacterial isolated from our hospital during  2003-2005.
Method: The isolated strains and drug sensitivity  test by SENSITITER  automaticity microbe assay system were analyzed and identified.Result:The most prevalent isolated strains were   bacillus coli, staphylococcus epidermidis, pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA), klebsiella pneumoniae and staphylococcus aureus . The resistance rate of bacteria which rank in the first 5 place to ampicillin and tetracycline were above 75%. The resistance rate of  bacillus coli, PA and klebsiella pneumoniae to ceftazidime and cefoperazone were below 26.8%. The resistance rate of staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus aureus to SMZ was below 20%.
Conclusion: The drug resistance of common bacteria is serious day by day.The drug sensitivity test of bacteria and the selection of sensitive antibacterial drugs are the premise of rational use of anti-bacterial drugs.
