摘 要 目的：探讨生殖道解脲支原体感染抗生素的有效治疗方法。方法：将妇科门诊生殖道解脲支原体感染患者256例，随机分为A、B、C三组，A组给予多西环素100 mg，po，bid，连服10 d；B组给罗红霉素150 mg，po，bid，连服10 d；C组给予多西环素100 mg、罗红霉素150 mg，po，bid，连服10 d。结果： A组有效率为70.37%，B组有效率为67.53%，C组有效率为97.92%，C组高于A组和B组，有统计学差异。结论：多西环素与罗红霉素联合应用是治疗生殖道解脲支原体感染的安全、有效的方法之一。

Combination of Antibiotics in Treatment of Genital Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the effective treatment for genital ureaplasma urealyticum infection.Method: A total of 256 women troubled by mycoplasm infection in genital tract were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups as group A, group B and group C.The patients in group A were received doxycycline 100 mg,po bid,for ten days,the patients in group B were received roxithromycin 150 mg, po,bid.for ten days, while patients in group C were received both doxycycline 100 mg and roxithromycin 150 mg,po,bid, for ten days.Result: There was 70.37% overall effective rate in group A,67.53% in group B and 97.92% in group C. The difference between group C and group A or between group C and group B was statistical significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with single drug usage, treatment with doxycycline plus roxithromycin is more effective for genital ureaplasma urealyticum infection.
