摘 要 目的：比较不同厂家银黄胶囊中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以银黄胶囊中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量作为评价指标，比较5个不同厂家银黄胶囊的质量差异。结果： 5个厂家生产的银黄胶囊中绿原酸与黄芩苷的含量差异显著。结论：建立银黄胶囊中有效成分的含量测定方法以评价药品的质量势在必行。

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Baicalin in Yinhuang Capsules from Different Manufacturers by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To compare the contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in yinhuang capsules from different manufacturers.Method: The contents of chloragenic acid and baicalin was determined by HPLC.Result: The contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were significantly different in yinhuang capsules made by five pharmaceutical manufacturers.Conclusion: A method to determination of the contents of Chlorogenic Acid and Baicalin in Yinhuang Capsules should be established to control the quality of Yinhuange capsules.
