摘 要 目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定感宁胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法。方法：采用Shim-Pack VPODS C18柱，以甲醇庚烷磺酸钠醋酸混合溶液（60∶40）为流动相，检测波长为226 nm。结果：马来酸氯苯那敏浓度线性范围为0．108～0.648 μg(r＝0.9998)，平均加样回收率为98.87％，RSD为1.47%。结论：本法简便、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of Chlorphenamine Maleate in Ganning Capsules by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective: To establish a method for determining chlorphenamine maleate in Ganning capsules by HPLC．Method: Shim-Pack VPODS C18 column was used，mobile phase consisted of methanolmixed solution of sodium heptane sulfonate and glacial acetic acid(60∶40),detection wavelength was at 226 nm．Result:Chlorphenamine maleate was linear within the range of 0.108-0.648 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.87%，RSD was 1.47%．Conclusion: The method is simple，accurate and can be used to control the quality of this preparation．
